Property was originally listed 7/24/06. Property went into escrow over Christmas. It has been contingent since then. Listing expired Dec. 31st. Due to this silly system I was unable to change the status from Hawaii. Upon my return I was informed it was too late to fix. The property is still contingent, and can be shown. Thanks.
